Dr. Kernodle is a graduate of Wake Forest University and the Bowman-Gray School of Medicine where he also completed his residency in general psychiatry. He is Board Certified and specializes in panic disorder and related anxiety disorders. 

Dr. Kernodle is the author of Panic Disorder, The Medical Point of View, written for patients with the disorder.
